Evans UV2 Coated 8" Drumhead – Premium Two-Ply Construction for Hard-Hitting Players

The Evans UV2 Coated Drumhead delivers exceptional durability and tone control for drummers who demand aggressive performance. Built with two plies of reinforced 7mil film and topped with Evans' proprietary UV-cured coating, this head withstands the demands of hard rock and metal playing while maintaining consistent sound characteristics over extended use. The combination of premium materials and advanced coating technology creates a drumhead that balances responsiveness with longevity. UV2 drumheads excel as both snare and tom heads, offering warm, focused tone with pronounced attack. The two-ply construction provides the clarity and projection needed for cutting through a full band mix, while the UV coating extends the life of the head without compromising feel or resonance.
