Very Good Condition for its age. Up for sale is an incredibly rare, historically significant Gretsch Transition-Era 4-Piece Shell Pack built in Brooklyn, NY between late 1968 and early 1970. This kit is a textbook example of a factory-born "mixed badge" set, assembled at the precise moment Gretsch phased out the legendary Round Badge for the octagonal Stop Sign Badge. Rather than a collection of pieced-together orphan drums, the tight serial number mapping proves this kit left the factory together. The 12" tom and 14" floor tom feature original Round Badges, while the 13" tom and 20" bass drum sit immediately past the historic #117000 changeover line, bearing the brand new Stop Sign Badges.
